Gerardo's musical journey led him to explore Music Therapy at Marylhurst University.

As the musical director of Grupo Condor and Nuestro Canto, Gerardo has immersed himself in Latin American folk music and Pre-Colombian sounds. His talents have taken him across continents, performing with folk ensembles in Mexico, Canada, New England, and the Pacific Northwest.
