What do I need to use the kitchen?

We use Food Corridor for all booking and billing.

In order to begin booking your time to use the Commissary Kitchen, we will need:

  1. User Agreement - Your business will need to sign the Rockwood Market Hall Commissary Kitchen User Agreement and upload your signed copy to Food Corridor.

  2. Insurance Certificate - Your business needs to obtain an Insurance Certificate for Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance that lists the Rockwood Market Hall as additionally insured. Specific requirements can be found in the User Agreement. Insurance Certificate will be uploaded to Food Corridor.

  3. License to Operate - Your business will need to procure a license to operate from either the Oregon Department of Agriculture or the County Health Department in which you plan to operate (Multnomah, Washington, or Clackamas are most common). A copy of your license will be uploaded to Food Corridor. **Note that users who are selling items in a market or special event may need to cook food before being inspected and receiving a license. Please coordinate with Kitchen Manager for an exemption.

  4. Payment Method - Your business needs to have a valid payment method, either a credit card or bank account, uploaded to Food Corridor at all times to facilitate proper billing.
